First ever BLOG!

Greetings and salutations from Baltimore, Maryland. My name is Michael and I am a: father, husband, son, musician, really good house cleaner & cat owner. I will be turning 50 years old in a few weeks. A lot of people told me that age 49 was going to be a great year for me. Well, that was a crock. ( although backing up my hotshot violin playing kids on guitar at local farmer's markets was fun. They kept the bills...I got the change.) So....we will see what 50 has to bring. Anyway, I am looking forward to diving into some serious blogging because I do love to write. I think I get this blogging thing. Instead of writing ONE personalized letter at a time to people who I consider my friends, I get to write an un-personalized letter to EVERYONE on the frigging planet.
           There are so many things I could get into about how my house operates. About how people think they have closed the fridge door, but it's not really and the interior temp. shoots up 23 degrees and the super expensive imported raw milk goat cheese is losing it's shelf life by the minute.Stuff like that.
